Shipping policy
RittZi ships within the contiguous United States, AK, and HI addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to accept orders shipping to destination outside of the United States.
When will my products be shipped?
We are a small but mighty team and do our best to get your orders out swiftly. Your order will typically ship out within 2-3 business days.
How are my products being shipped?
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered in UPS, FedEx, or USPS, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address. We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered.
Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at info@rittzi.com.
Missing or Lost Orders
If your order is missing or lost, your first step would be to contact your mail carrier. If you live in an apartment community, please double check your leasing/mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that you see on your end.
