Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly replace any item that you order from www.rittzi.com that you received in damaged condition. Please email photos of the issue in the original packaging and shipping box to orders@rittzi.com along with your name and order number within 30-days of delivery for your claim to be recognized. This is a necessary step for our claims process. No returns will be granted following the 30-days after delivery. One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us at orders@rittzi.com prior to ordering if you have any questions.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction.
All sales are final.
For all returns we receive that exceed the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to email us at orders@rittzi.com before returning product for a refund, to make sure you are eligible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@rittzi.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Types of items that cannot be returned: Gift Cards, used and/or opened products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at orders@rittzi.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at orders@rittzi.com. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
